Being a lot more intentional about tracking what I am eating this year has been great. I’ve been eating healthy and working out for 10 months, but am really trying to be on this app every day. Recording the food I eat keeps me honest, while encouraging others to do their best is helping me stay motivated. 2021 is going to be a kickass year!
