It has been a GREAT week! I struggled a bit over the weekend: I had ice cream twice (both with caramel), and some buttered popcorn. Ugh... buttered popcorn is sooo my weakness. My daughter and I went to see Gravity. Wow! Anyway, I was also bad with getting my water all in this weekend. We had some fridge issues, and I had to defrost it, which totally threw off my routine. And to be honest, I think it all contributed to my being a little soft on the diet this weekend. Funny how that works.
That all notwithstanding I **still** made my mini-goal of 275 this morning!!! That's four days earlier than my projections, and two months better than my goal date of 12/18! :D
I think my week loss, won't be as strong as it has been, but I'm back on the horse now. I'm going strong again. Next mini-goal 250! (Goal by 2/9/14; projected by 11/15/2013) I can do this!
