So honesty time
Oh my goodness having to muster up the will to keep going sucks ...haven't been able to workout the last two weeks because of an injury and it has played such a detrimental role in my self control, consciousness..... I'mma bounce back I know but this majorly sucks😒
Anyway this post is for when I'm back on track again ...so I can laugh at me a bit.
