untuk turun bb 0,5kg per minggu, disarankan makan sebanyak TDEE-500 kkal. tp krn 1466-500 = di bawah BMR, jadi mesti ada tambahan olahraga. kalo makan 1300, berarti defkalnya 1466-1300 = defkal 166. kalo bisa sisanya cari dari olahraga. 500-166 = 334 kkal yg dibakar dr olahraga, agar tetap bisa defkal 500 per hari.
