Got off track when lockdown started in March 2020 due to the pandemic Covid19! Started to work on my weightloss journey on 03 Aug 2020, started from 85.4kg and now at 75.4kg.

75.4 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg. Still to go: 8.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done! I also started the year strong, lockdown hit and I fell back off the bus, but have been eating clean and upping my activity since mid Sept, and it's meant everything ❤️ still a way to go but so much happier
