was planning my 25th anniversary then went on honeymoon. im back on track now i started a new way of eating from a diet called "beyond calories" consist of protein, fruits and veggies, also must eat 6 small meals a day.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
