Took 12 oxy last night then 3 this morning which wasn't needed and slept most of day but lost 10lbs overnight and not as bloated but haven't eaten yet. Didn't bloat all day so that's good. Took 12 oxy though still.
68.7 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
