Getting back on track with recording my meals and eating healthier. Feeling very motivated to get this last 10-15 lbs off!

Had a great workout last night. Went crazy with Exercise TV On Demand. Did a Biggest Loser Workout, then Billy Blanks Jr, and then Kendra Kickboxing. Also did 10 min on my elliptical. I feel great!
75.7 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

OMG you worked out that much! I tired just reading your post. How was Kendra's Kickboxing?

Yeah, that's what I said...OMG! Well, yesterday I had already done my workout for the day (Biggest Loser and elliptical) when my sister wanted to work out. So I joined in. I didn't care for Kendra's kickboxing too much. It was only an 8 min workout, so I didn't really get enough out of it. Maybe I need to try a longer workout of hers. I really liked Billy Blanks Jr.'s Cardioke. It was about 26 min long and you're dancing and singing to a fast-paced workout. I think the singing really helps with keeping your stomach tight while you're working out.
