Hari ketiga di palembang. Alhamdulillah turun lagiii. Bener banget kaa. Pokoknya rest diet itu perlu banget biar BB ga stuck. Naik BB selama rest wajar. Paling 2 sampai 3kg doang. Abis back on track lagi? Pasti turun lagi pelan2 signifikan. Semangaaaatt yoookk 💪💪💪
