I slipped up on the diet for the past 2 weeks as I have been unwell. But I am back on track from today and hope to lose at least a couple of pounds by next week.

This is me making a fresh start. Weigh in at 11st 13lbs and a target of 10st 3lbs by Christmas. Trying to encourage my hubby and my sister to join too so we can all support each other.
