Same 164, but considering the wide curve away from my diet these last few days its actually great! Oh my, breads, chocolate chip cookie(s! # unknown plus dough) more chocolate than usual and pecan pie!!! Yikes!! And like you said Kristin, soooo not worth it. And I never heard that 'eat sugar and don't lose weight for 3-4 days' Gads. I've been having dark chocolate every day since I started practically but I suppose that's not much sugar. One. Four starts to register as a problem. I need to go back to strict.
It's no excuse but we have Bill's son and his girlfriend here and I can see where company is an easy sabotage time.
