I would suggest you get rid of you scale for a month after weighing 95kg. Do double the work and just celebrate the small wins. You eat 100less kJ celebrate. And then weigh yourself a month later. I realized we get demotivated when the numbers move and unconsciously start losing the war.

Hi dear u on the right track try to stay positive and don't think so much about the negative take it one day at a time. I also struggled over the years losing weight and I learnt restricting myself was the reason I never kept it off. So this time around I kept all the carbs just swapped everything to brown and whole-wheat and I'm loving it doesn't feel like I'm missing out. Try doing 16:8 fasting which is what I started this year with just 2 meals and then switched to omad once I was comfortable fasting planning to omad until I get to 65kgs and then back to 16:8. Also add some mild exercise in-between and as u get stronger u will find your body and mind will ask for more exercise and u will oblige. I love sweet treats so my day is either Saturday or Sunday where I treat myself to something a brownie, ice cream churros whatever I like but I plan for it. I work hard mon-fri with what I eat and exercise so weekends I sometimes have a little more play with what I eat like maybe a potaoe from the mutton curry or a little cream with chicken dish or some butter on my ww toast.

Thank you so much. I am going to try my hardest to get to my small goals at a time. In 2 weeks I'm down just over 3kg with IF18:6. Just need to keep the motivation going.

targeting under 2000 kcal a day works. but I found that its hard to cover everything that is eaten so rather target 300 kcal less than your target and then should see results. go for good carbs .
