Day 3 of liquid diet. Yay I’m in the 70’s . 11 more days to go til surgery.

126.6 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg. Still to go: 44.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I never had the courage to do the surgery, either (short or long) bypass or sleeve. Always postponed. Good for you.

@Ann Alicia I’ll be getting the gastric bypass. I’ve been working on it for over 7months to get approved.
