Day # 4....its getting easier every day to give up the carbs. i mean i feel full all the time, so sometimes i have to get myself to eat, because i know i need to... and the weight is dropping. Snacks are a big one though.. i have to cook in advance to make sure i get to eat... but eating out eating anything grilled isnt that bad...lets see how the rest of the weekend goes.
