Still working on my hip issue. I have a friend that practices Bowen Work which is relatively new in the US. Giving that a try. I'm optimistic as I've had some lessening of the pain. Also trying to stretch more. Taking shorter walks to see if that helps. Was pleasantly surprised to lose 2 lbs. this week.
