Started ignition xt yesterday (1cap x2/day). Sleep wasn't great and huge/bloated stomache and gasy all day. 1 apricot bar, 3 energy balls, 1 cup spiced nuts/seeds.
68.7 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
