Weekly 36-hour fast number nine complete.
I beat my regular weekly goal of being at least one pound lighter compared to the week before, as measured in the morning at the end of my fast. In fact I'm down 2.8 lb, which is unusual but fits with the way the week was trending.
As usual, I don't put an excess amount of stock in the particular number on any given day, which can be influenced by a number of factors (salt, water, bowel movements, etc.). It's the overall slope of the weight-loss graph over time that's more telling, and not the daily ups and downs.
Anyway, next week's goal is 185.2 lb.
At my current average rate of weight loss of almost 1.5 lb/week, my target weight is 7-8 weeks away. At my goal rate of 1 lb/week, it's about 11 weeks away.
