seminggu lebih gak olahraga, makan pun berantakan krna lgi mudik kerumah ortu slalu tergoda makanan2 terutama kue dan gorengan, udah deg2an bkalan naik eh trnyata malah turun wlopun cuma 100gr 😁 tpi alhamdulillah syekaleehh 🙏
