I lost almost 5 lbs this week! WAHOO! That makes me feel good because I thought I ruined my whole week worth of good choices on NYE when I made so many bad choices. Ready for another good week, and this week I start going to the gym! Wish me luck!
73.0 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It takes more than following your diet "reasonably well" to lose 5 pounds in a week - you were KICKING BUTT!! But 5 pounds a week is probably unsustainable and most likely not good for you. Wii Fit claims it the cause for "yo-yo". I'm happy to see that you have all this determination now but don't want to see you burn yourself out before reaching your goal. Try moderating your food intake and your exercise to lose a more sustainable 2 pounds a week. It's easy to do with FatSecrets' tools. A 1000 calorie a day deficit is all you are looking for(versus a 2500 daily calorie deficit for a 5 pound weight loss). Good luck and keep up the good work!
