Finding 1300 calories really difficult. i know i could increase it by exercising, but i've just been feeling really unmotivated. we've had a few big family events recently which also means big amounts of food! hopefully it'll get easier now that things are calming down.
75 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
