the first step to emotional binge eating is being conscious of what you're doing to yourself. know that you are worthy. know that you don't need to punish yourself. and then .. all you can do is try to make one small change every day. when I started , I drew up habit trackers and each month would chose 3-5 small things that I wanted to change... and late night secret eating was defo one of them. Google habit trackers, there are a ton of ideas out there .. I promise it makes a difference because you start holding yourself accountable to your own goals. don't be too hard on yourself. this journey takes a lot of trial and error before you find the thing that resonates with you. you're in a safe and supportive community here..
