Doing apple day and last day on hcg. Totally pointless doing it as I didn't stick to it at all, waste of $50 and prob screwed my body up.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
