I’m thinking about doing a diet and work out plan, really drastically.
I’m 60kg and I’m 1,49 m (yes, so short)
I always lose time thinking “who cares?!”
But I wanna do change in this quarantine.
I’d like to become 40 kg as I should be.
And I need to stop to eat many fat stuff that I unfortunately love, I want to be more sporty so I decided to run at least 3Km a day to get results.
About diet:
No carbs like Pasta, chips..
No sugars like Lollies, coke..
Much vegetables.

So now, begin!✨

58.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
