Begitu sampe Palembang, langsung di bawa puasa senin. Alhamdulillah pagi ini nimbang, turun 1kg. Skg mulai balik lagi rutin WO dan makan sesuai schedule. Semangat yoookk semangaaatt 💪

hai kak mau taya juga . kalau aq juga pengen puasa senin kamis terus pas puasa olga berat sampai keringetan deres bange airnya masuk kemulut gitu batal gk ?

@umplug : haloooo. Kalo kaya gitu aku gatau. Krn setiap puasa aku cardio di youtube yg tanpa loncat. Jadi bener2 light cardio. Itu pun cuma setengah jam dr biasanya 1 jam wo. Jadi aku ga pernah bener2 yg sampe keringetan ngucur.
