minggu2 ini berasa GA ada gairah buat clean food.. GA gairah buat Olahraga, GA gairah buat makan buah, kenapa yaa? pdhl diet bru 3 bulan... kok berasa mulai jenuh.. alhasil Bb stagnant 😫😭😭
89.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
