Apparently, the weight scale i have been using is inaccurate. Nevetheless I am weight training to gain muscle mass. Weight is not of importance, fat percentage is.

@mado i have taken a diet plan of 1500 calories but i reduce it to 1300.waist is not reducing any more. Can you help me.want to loose belly fat.
