Today officially under 52kg, tapi saya akan record disini 52kg (114,6 lbs). Sebenarnya ingin muscle building, tapi yg terjadi masih fat loss (19,1% ke 18,5%). Masih gagal di meet kalori goals dan protein goals nya. but yah bisa sampai under 52kg ini udah luar biasa banget, saya sudah bahagia dan puas banget dengan BB saat ini. Teman2 semua ayo berusaha bersama ya... send you all love and hugs.
