I’m in the part of the month where I start losing weight again, which is chill.
This is end of month three for me, and I’ve lost probably around 10 lbs (I started at my absolute most bloated and waterlogged, so I imagine some of that was water weight), and every month I’m on a steady downward trend except for a week or two where my weight goes up regardless of what I do. And then it all comes off again and I’m on my way back down. Idk. I try and keep it in mind but it’s still frustrating every month when I’m gaining weight back.
