Alhamdulillah setelah stuck seminggu di 107kg, akhirnya masuk angka depan 106 jugaa wlwpun belakangnya msh koma 9. Semangaat yoookk semangaaatt !!!!
106.9 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
