Now that I’m back in school I just want to concentrate on sustaining my weight rather than losing because stress makes me eat a lot and I’m mostly stressed in school so I already know I won’t be able to lose here Anyway I’d keep you guys posted on my weight cause I’d be checking weekly and my diet xx

try 1. "the starch solution diet by John Mcdougall"" and do Intermittent fasting or
2. OMAD (one meal a day).....
check it out on YouTube, you will be surprised.
