- 2100 per day allowed ✅
- trying not to eat bread and sweet stuff 🚫
- weight going slowly down everyday ⬇️
- workout 3 days per week 🏋️

As I understand the golden rule of weight loss is spend more calories than you gain from food

My normal number of calories is 2500 per day.

by logic If to eat 2000-2100 of anything - you will end up close week with loose of weight .

if you want to save muscle structure while you loosing weight ,you have to :

eat more protein + do exercises = profit

76.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
