drinking makes me failure to keep loss-weight status during last weekend.
Maybe 2bottle soju, 3,000 ml beer and pork bbq and chickens.


New diet = stop drinking !
84.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
