Small spike in yesterdays weight from the weekend, but I forgot to log it and it didnt seem necessary today.
Selected for Jury Duty yesterday for a short trial - luckily it was very quick and I didnt have to go back today. Didnt go to the gym last night but I did do my 100 squats for Squatober, mowed the lawn, and took a short walk with my kiddo. Shes decided that she wants to be more active so thats fantastic! Now if she would only decide to catch up her school work...
Today I have 105 squats and I brought my clothes to go to the gym. Trying to figure out what a nice lunch will be too, Id like to dip back under 260 soon.
