I’ve got my target weight! Let’s not let 100grams get in the way of a celebration! My stomach still isn’t as flat as I would like so I’m going to try and lose another 2kg. But feeing happy and I hope to lose the next 2kg over the next three weeks max. Today is a great day going to eat a full 2500 calories! Half a 10 inch pizza and a curry today, after one toast and cheese for breakfast. Going to be some chocolate too!

well done. sounds very similar to me, my weigh in day is tomorrow, hopefully I will hit my goal then. Still not happy with my gut stomach area so will probably go for another 1.5- 2 stone. good luck with your new target👏👏

Hi. Tips on daily food. My diet is pretty much the same everyday for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is cornflakes and half a tea spoon of sugar. Lunch is either a subway or Asda sandwich which is between 350-380 calories. All in all breakfast and lunch is 700 calories. Another thing that may help is I have a big break (due to work) between breakfast and lunch, usually around 8 hours. Dinner is a home cooked meal usually. And if I have some spare calories left some Lindt chocolate. Hope that helps
