diet sll gagal..krn q bosenan,moodian..pdhl diet itu bth konsisten😢dr 97-85 gr2 stuck dan pandemi udahan dietnya..mulai lg 8 sep-8oktober 92-89 alhmdllh turun 3 kg..kl q mgkn niat diet buat turun bonus nya sehat😁😁😁
