Still 168 but feeling great. I went my 3 days off and stuck to my exercising an hour each day. Today I'm back at work for most of the day, 10-7pm but I have 6 guest rooms to clean so I will say that should cover about 4 hours. I know its not the same but it will have to do.
Last night Bill and I went out to the movie Gran Torino and he kept reminding me how sexy I looked in my black boots that he bought me several years ago. He's been definitely happy with my progress. It's funny about the numbers on the scale. They're such a small part of the whole experience. Feeling great again has to be the main goal.
