OK so I gained a pound. I sort of expected it, because while I was counting my calories I've also been drinking a lot. I don't know what it is that makes me want to drink a lot occasionally... I need to get it back together.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
