I was suprised when I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that I had lost like 2.5 lbs considering that I didn't have time to make my food for the week and have just been eating what I have time to grab out of the fridge.
144.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 62.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
