why oh why can't the scale just go down slow, instead of us and down.
109.3 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you weigh everyday? I can't do it. I weigh once a week. I have an obsessive personality, so everytime I would see the scale I would hop on, I found that our body has natural fluctuation throughout the day, this would drive me nuts, try weighing once a week. Less stress...:)
