alhamdulillah setelah satu bulan diet santuy aja, turun 3 kg. Tapi itu termasuk lambat gak sih kakak-kakak fs ?
64 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
