覺得很久沒量體重,原來只過了4天,竟然突破自我! 前陣子突然愛上控肉飯,雖然一餐只吃一半,但忍不住會吃一點零食,想說一定胖死了⋯所以一直用大腿中間肉肉是否有變多來猜測是不是變胖⋯一直不敢量體重😓 今天,面對現實⋯因為明天要爬山,希望可以再突破60.9的魔咒,沒想到就60.7了! 明天要好好繼續燃燒🔥脂肪,加油💪加油💪越往「5」開頭的路會走得更艱辛漫長
