Ok, I am excited, lost 5.5 lbs in one week. Worked out, had fun and wasn't hungry. I did slip up a little, had a little celebration and ate a hamburger with a bun and then two little treats, but other than that, I was good. On the way to my goal!!!
104.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
