Ramadan finished, 30 days of fasting 17 hour fasts. Didn't eat much during Eid, but still ate late at night, particularly last night with Ambala sweets. Woke up feeling awful. My close friend is beginning her new routine from today, despite her back problems. I'm starting today with green tea to flush this sugar and oil sweets, and support my friend physically and mentally.

Goal 1 - Reduce body fat percentage
I'm not sure on my ideal weight, perhaps at 230lbs. Will have to gauge through body fat ratios.
