Still averaging 2 lbs a week weight loss. Minimal exercise up to now. I did walk 2 miles twice last month and did 20 crunches about once a week. Now I am so much lighter (30 lbs from my high) that I added 10 pushes to my exercise routine and plan on doing it at least twice a week.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
