ate almost half my total cals in the morning...worked all day on water and a handful of nuts. but didnt get to have dinner till about 8 pm. worked on my feet all day today...
79.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
