很開心,雖然中午有吃起司蛋堡加無糖鮮奶茶,晚上量一下體重還是下降~我猜⋯8000m的效果是不是要出現了呢?跑步真有用❤️
9月份結束,希望看到5開頭的體重⋯🗣🗣🗣
