Start diet salah input target kalori dibawah BMR, akhirnya stuck. Yaudahlahya, benerin target aja gapapa bb naik bentar. lesgo mulai dari awal 👊😂
75 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 19 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
