Ik heb 1 dag 1600 kcal gegeten in plaats van 1200 omdat ik vastzat op 73,7... toch niet zo'n goed idee blijkbaar
74.7 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
