Makanq di kalori biasanya aj.. g yg defisit extrim.. aq jg blum mulai wo ini.. g tauk knpa turunya cepet bgtt.. mungkin tubuhq emang tipe yg sprti itu.. gampang naik gampang turun.. coba deh ya bsok qta liat turun lgi ga
