Hurray! 262 today, less than a hundred pounda to go. 2 bananas, 1/4 cup of amonds, and a mandarin orange for breakfast. More calories than I would normally eat but I slept until 10am.
118.9 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 41.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
